Most services begin shortly after you order. The time to finish depends on the platform, the amount ordered and current supply, so every service page shows an expected speed and you can follow live progress in your dashboard. Estimates are not guaranteed completion times.

If numbers drop within 30 days, contact support to request a top-up; services marked R can also be refilled directly from the Orders page. If an order is only partly delivered, the undelivered amount is returned to your balance automatically; if an order cannot continue, the refundable amount goes back to your balance too.
